Destination Cyprus
My Story
Hi, I'm Louise.
I moved to Cyprus with my family in August 2004, after years of feeling the pull back towards life overseas. Before that, I was working in estate agency in Yorkshire, juggling family life, work, and too many rainy summer days with my children stuck indoors. I still remember my very active little boy with his nose pressed against the window, longing to go outside, while the rain poured down, and then watching both my children flourish in Cyprus, where school finished early and afternoons were filled with swimming, beach picnics, forest walks and sunshine.
Around ten months after arriving, I was driving through Peyia village when I had a sudden overwhelming feeling that these are my streets now. That was the moment Cyprus truly became home.

Who I Help
I help people who are dreaming about Cyprus, but want to make the move wisely.
That might be families looking for a safer, sunnier lifestyle. Retirees wanting a slower pace and a better quality of life. Solo women ready for a brave new chapter. Investors who want straight talking guidance before they commit. Or people who simply know they want something more, but need help understanding the practical steps, the risks and the reality.
My role is to help you slow things down, ask the right questions, and make decisions that still feel right long after the sunshine has worked its magic.
A Personal Note
Cyprus can be an extraordinary place to live, invest and build a new chapter, but I politely advise people not to leave their brain on the plane. The dream matters, but so do the details. Location, legal checks, exit strategy, rental potential, schools, lifestyle, community and timing, all matter more than people realise at the beginning. I know how wonderful Cyprus can be, but I also know what it feels like to be stuck in the wrong structure, the wrong loan, or the wrong decision. That is why I care so much about helping people get it right from the start. Slowly, carefully, siga siga, but with warmth, honesty and a very clear plan.
If any of this sounds like your story, I’d love to hear from you.
